This was the first Bushmoot I have attended, and I'm already looking forward to the next, I met some great people and learned loads.

In conclusion, this is a lovely chilled week away on a private camp ground with good people and a “back to basics” vibe. The price is very good value with most formal camp sites charging way above the cost of this fantastic event. As the first one it went off without a hitch and I’ll certainly be looking forward to the next one.

The first few days were magical no courses or anything just walking and talking, getting to know everyone and every now and then rob them of their knowledge. I seriously doubt if there is a school anywhere that is more effective in its teachings then the gathered knowledge and the people willing to share their knowledge like happened in the Moot

The Bushmoot was great fun again, thank you for organising and running it. Having listened to many comments over the Bushmoot fortnight it is evident that, for many people, it is one of their major highlights of the year. All the instructors are so welcoming and friendly, overflowing with enthusiasm and Bushcraft wisdom.
